is there any IT expert out there?

I am currently sitting in my office (located here) and working on a job offer for an IT expert.

Our business idea is based on some kind of community software which enables users to interact. While thinking of posting the offer on various online boards, it came into my mind that I operate a blog myself. ;-)

so why don´t ask that way: is there any software / IT expert out there who wants to start an exciting career within a start-up? or is one of your friends the right guy for this job? just send me an email!!!
